things i’ll miss…part 2

Posted by slykwyk on February 6, 2010

I am sitting here on a Saturday morning in Chapel Hill listening to how much snow is falling in NOVA and thought about a few more things I will miss about living there…

1 – Sweetwater – our family enjoyed our Last Supper there. Man, those were some great eats! Chipotle Glazed Chicken Tostada was my new favorite. You will be missed my friend.

2 – Family – Living in NOVA gave us a chance to be around Kara’s family for 4+ years (she grew up in Fairfax County). We will miss being able to give them a call to hang out. See you all soon I am sure.

3 – New Life People – Wow! We have left behind great friends and a great church in Gainesville. You all have taught us a lot, given our family tons, loved us unconditionally and been a joy to work with and do life with over the last 4 years. Thank you for everything! You will always have a place in our hearts.

Well, that’s it for now. Time to start working on my new list – things I love about Chapel Hill!
